Effective Date: May 27, 2026 · Last Updated: May 27, 2026
1. Our commitment
PLAY PLAY CARDS S.R.L. is committed to making www.1000healthagents.com (the "Service") accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We aim to comply with:
• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
• European Standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 ("Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services").
• The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), applicable from 28 June 2025 to digital services offered to consumers in the EU.
• Romanian Law no. 232/2022 transposing Directive 2016/2102 / EAA into national law.
• The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III as applied to commercial websites.
• Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, where applicable.
• The Accessible Canada Act and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
2. Conformance status
We declare that the Service is "partially conformant" with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to address remaining issues.
3. Features already implemented
• Semantic HTML5 structure (headings, landmarks, lists).
• Descriptive alt text on informative images; empty alt for decorative images.
• Colour-contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and graphics).
• Full keyboard navigation; visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
• Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 CSS pixels on mobile.
• Responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
• Form labels, error messages and required-field indicators.
• ARIA labels on dialogs, banners and interactive widgets.
• No autoplay video or audio. No flashing content above the WCAG 3-flash threshold.
• Plain language and reading-level review for medical content.
4. Known limitations
• Some AI-generated content may briefly load without immediate announcement to screen readers; we are improving live-region behaviour.
• Some third-party embeds (e.g., payment widgets) inherit the accessibility characteristics of their providers.
We expect to remediate these by Q4 2026.
5. Requesting accommodations or alternative formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need a document in an alternative format (e.g., large print, accessible PDF, plain text), or have any feedback, please contact live@playplaycards.com with a description of the issue, the URL where it occurs, and your assistive technology. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 30 days.
6. Enforcement and complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with: the relevant national accessibility supervisory body in your country (for example, ANCOM in Romania or the relevant national authority under the EAA), the U.S. Department of Justice under the ADA, or the Canadian Human Rights Commission. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Assessment methodology
Conformance is verified through a combination of automated testing (e.g., axe-core, Lighthouse), manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), and code review. We re-test after each significant feature release.
