If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) that includes: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the material removed and its prior URL; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, phone and email; and (e) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., to any district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
